Physical 100: Italy Release Time and Episode Schedule: When Every Batch Drops on Netflix (2026)
Netflix's Italian Physical 100 opened this morning, and anyone who binged the Korean original is about to hit a wall after episode three. It's a weekly show.
The first three episodes went up at 3 a.m. ET on Friday, Sept. 11. After that, the remaining episodes come out in small batches every Friday until Oct. 2. Here's the full calendar.
What time does Physical 100: Italy come out?
At midnight in Los Angeles, the hour Netflix uses for nearly all its global releases. Every later batch follows the same clock.

How many episodes are there, and when does each one drop?
Eight in total, split into four drops. Netflix published the schedule itself; the dates below are ours converted to US time.

That's three weeks between the premiere and the finale. If you'd rather avoid spoilers from Italian social media, the finale goes up at 9 a.m. in Rome, which gives Italy a head start on the result.
Who is in it?
Netflix hasn't named a host in its announcements. The cast is the draw: 100 contestants aged 22 to 60, picked from more than 1,000 people contacted and 137 in-person callbacks. The names Netflix put up front include Olympians Federica Pellegrini, Tania Cagnotto and Jury Chechi, former rugby international Mirco Bergamasco, Alvise Rigo, TV presenter Elisabetta Canalis and creator Luis Sal.
Endemol Shine Italy produced it, and it was filmed in Turin, in an arena set built inside the Lingotto complex. The prize is a cash sum plus the title the whole franchise is built around: the most perfect body.
Is Physical 100: Italy renewed for season 2?
Not yet. It's been out for a few hours, and Netflix normally waits for several weeks of viewing data before deciding on a second season. The Korean original returned for a second season, and the format has since spread to Asia and the US. So a sequel is plausible, but nothing has been announced.
