Everything New on Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, HBO Max and Peacock This Week (Sept. 14–20, 2026)
The week of Sept. 14 is the first genuinely crowded week of the fall. Two of Netflix's biggest returning brands land on the same Thursday, Prime Video finishes one season and starts a spin-off on the same Wednesday morning, and there is an awards show, a dance-competition premiere and a new Tom Hardy season squeezed in around them.
Below is every premiere we could confirm from Monday, Sept. 14 through Sunday, Sept. 20, arranged by the day it actually unlocks in the United States, with the drop times each service publishes. Last week's edition — Sept. 7–13 — is still up if you are catching up.

What's new on Monday, Sept. 14?
Monday belongs to the 78th Emmy Awards, live on NBC and streaming live on Peacock at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Mariska Hargitay hosts — the first woman to host the Primetime Emmys solo since 2011. Live streaming needs a Peacock Premium or Premium Plus plan; the ad-supported tier carries the broadcast, the free tier does not. On Netflix, Monday is a light family day: Gabby's Dollhouse season 14, the second episode of Hot Ones: Extra Heat, and When Hope Calls seasons 1–2. Hulu adds Beyblade X season 2D and the 2019 film Hobbs & Shaw. Paramount+ picks up The Drew Barrymore Show season 7 and Ghosts Australia. HBO Max starts its Halloween-season cable pipeline with Halloween Wars season 16.
One item worth flagging with a caveat: TVmaze's HBO Max listing shows the Spanish thriller Colisión adding episodes 6 through 10 on Monday. HBO Max's own published list does not mention it, so treat the batch size as unconfirmed until the app updates — we covered the series when it started in last Monday's rundown.
What's new on Tuesday, Sept. 15?
Dancing with the Stars season 35 premieres Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and streams live on Disney+, with a second premiere night Wednesday at the same hour. Episodes land on Hulu the following day, so the Hulu listing for the premiere reads Sept. 16. Netflix's Tuesday is three one-offs: the documentary The AI Doc: Or How I Became an Apocaloptimist, the first season of I Survived a Serial Killer, and the stand-up special Jo Koy: Blue in the Face. Peacock drops a large Tuesday film batch built around Hispanic Heritage Month — The Motorcycle Diaries, The Book of Life, Under the Same Moon, Machete, Lowriders and others — plus the exclusive Trolls Band Together and its sing-along version. Hulu adds The Devil You Know: Killer in the Family.
What's new on Wednesday, Sept. 16?
This is the busiest morning of the week. Neagley arrives complete — all eight episodes at 12 a.m. PT / 3 a.m. ET — with Maria Sten's Frances Neagley working a suspicious death in Chicago and Alan Ritchson guest starring. The same clock brings Reacher season 4's eighth and final episode, "Cut." Watching them back to back is the obvious play, and it is the release pattern we mapped in our weekly-versus-binge guide.
Netflix's Wednesday headline is Physical 100: Mexico, the franchise's Mexican edition, with a cast that mixes Olympians and lucha libre names. Netflix lists 12 episodes; the public schedule only dates the opening episode to Sept. 16, which is the batch pattern the franchise used for Physical 100: Italy last week. Netflix also adds the film The Doll.
Paramount+ has the heaviest Wednesday of the non-Netflix services: the animated Golden Axe, Tyler Perry's four-part limited series Route 187, and the film Furlough. South Park season 29 also premieres Wednesday night on Comedy Central at 10 p.m. ET and reaches Paramount+ the next day, then moves to a new every-other-Wednesday rhythm: Sept. 30, Oct. 14, Oct. 28, Nov. 11 and Nov. 25. Hulu adds RJ Decker season 2 alongside the DWTS premiere.
What's new on Thursday, Sept. 17?
Netflix's Thursday is the single biggest drop of the week. Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story puts all eight episodes up at 3 a.m. ET, with Ella Beatty in the title role — the first installment of Ryan Murphy's anthology built around an accused female killer. Stranger Things: Tales From '85 season 2 arrives the same morning, listed at 10 episodes running roughly half an hour each, set around Valentine's Day in Hawkins. Elsewhere Thursday: Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 4 reaches episode 9, "Once La'An a Time," on Paramount+, with the finale a week later on Sept. 24. Prime Video carries Thursday Night Football. HBO Max premieres The Howard Stern Show, and Peacock picks up The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 7 and the uncensored Next Gen NYC reunion. NBC airs the two-hour premiere of The Traitors: New Blood at 8 p.m. ET — the streaming half of that is Friday.
What's new on Friday, Sept. 18?
MobLand season 2 premieres on Paramount+ with Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren back in the Harrigan power struggle. Ten episodes, one every Friday through Nov. 20. Paramount+ renewed the show for season 3 on Sept. 3, so nothing about this run is a cliff.
The Traitors: New Blood starts streaming on Peacock Friday with the premiere's two episodes, after Thursday's NBC broadcast; later episodes follow the same Thursday-to-Friday pattern. This season's twist is the cast — 22 non-celebrities chosen from more than 80,000 applicants, back in Alan Cumming's Scottish castle.
HBO Max premieres JAŶ-Z In 8, an eight-part conversation series with Rick Rubin, plus the Italian series Saman: The Hidden Truth. Netflix adds the film Best of the Best and Pokémon Horizons season 3, part 4. Hulu has the comedy special LOL Live with Alfred Robles and the animated film 100 Nights of Hero. What's new on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 19–20?
Saturday is a Hulu day and not much else: six complete unscripted seasons land at once — Home Town: Inn This Together, Jodi Arias: An American Murder Mystery, Moonshiners season 15, The Murder Tapes season 10, My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now? season 5 and Neighborhood Watch. HBO Max adds the Argentine series Cautiva and Scariest House in America season 3. Prime Video has WNBA coverage. Paramount+ picks up The Greatest @Home Videos season 6.
Sunday is the better night. HBO Max premieres Youth, Sharon Horgan's comedy about a 50-year-old divorcée. Paramount+ closes Lioness season 3 with its eighth and final episode. Netflix adds the film Stop! That! Train!, and Peacock carries Sunday Night Baseball, Brewers at Orioles. If the weekend leaves you short, this past Saturday's slate and Friday's both still have unwatched hours in them.

What's leaving this month?
Worth saying plainly: Netflix is the only one of these six services that still publishes a removal list. Prime Video, Hulu, HBO Max, Peacock and Paramount+ announce what arrives and stay quiet about what goes, so any "leaving Hulu" list you see is a third-party tracker watching the catalog, not an announcement.
On Netflix, the sizeable departures in and just after this window are Nashville (seasons 1–6), Spartacus (seasons 1–4), Heels, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Kraven the Hunter, Funny People, My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2, Lopez vs Lopez, The Outrun, Anatomy of a Fall and One of Them Days. One honest caveat: the two trackers we checked disagree on several exact dates — one puts Anatomy of a Fall on Sept. 20, the other on Sept. 23 — so if a title matters to you, start it this week rather than next.
